Foresight Takes Major Step Toward Commercialization With Elbit Systems Securing Revenues up to $4 Million

Foresight signed an exclusive agreement with Elbit Systems Land Ltd.for the integration, marketing and licensing of Foresight’s image processing software solution. Foresight anticipates revenues of up to $4 million over a contractual period of five years, with minimum guaranteed revenues of $1 million over the same period. According to the agreement, Elbit will commercialize Foresight’s software solution in the form of a software license. Foresight’s solution will be offered to Elbit’s end customers as a component of advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS) for driving safety, as well as a solution for semi- and fully autonomous platforms used in unmanned combat and security ground vehicles in the defense, paramilitary and homeland security markets.

Foresight Signs MOU with South Korean Tier One Supplier KONEC for Cooperation in ADAS and Autonomous Driving Solutions

Foresight signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with KONEC, a South Korean Tier One automotive supplier. According to the MOU, Foresight and KONEC will collaborate to develop ADAS and autonomous driving solutions, which will expand KONEC’s product offering to global customers such as Hyundai, Tesla and Magna. The MOU represents Foresight’s first entry into the thriving South Korean automotive market.

Foresight Partners with Leading Industrial Equipment OEM for POC Project

Foresight signed a POC project with one of the world’s largest industrial equipment manufacturers.
The project aims to evaluate Foresight's advanced stereo vision technology in harsh weather, environment and lighting conditions, to add autonomous capabilities to the manufacturer's mining and construction trucks. Read more

Foresight Signs Agreement with Global Vehicle Manufacturer

Foresight signed an agreement with a global vehicle manufacturer for two POC projects to evaluate Foresight's automatic camera calibration and Mono2Stereo vision enhancement solutions. The vehicle manufacturer has chosen to evaluate Foresight’s stereo vision solutions to improve safety measures even further. This collaboration validates the importance of Foresight’s technology in the automotive world. Read more

Foresight has been touring around the world, showcasing our cutting-edge technology at major events such as AutoSens Detroit, EcoMotion Tel Aviv, ICA Summit in Frankfurt, NextRise 2023 in Seoul, AutoTech Detroit, and ADAS & Autonomous Vehicle Technology Expo in Stuttgart. Our teams engaged with industry leaders and demonstrated Foresight's latest solutions: Mono2Stereo™ perception enhancement solution for generating 3D perception from existing mono cameras, and ScaleCam™ separated stereo cameras solution, including point cloud and obstacle detections.

Eye-Net recently showcased its cutting-edge collision prevention and vulnerable road users’ safety solutions in a successful field demonstration to a major European automotive manufacturer and a leading cellular service provider.
